New Governor of Lagos state, Akinwunmi Ambode wielded the big on two of the people identified as loyalists of the man he took over from, Babatunde Fashola on his first day in office- Monday June 1 2015.

Information filtering in revealed affected individuals Gbenga Akintola and Adenike Adekanmbi were relieved of their positions and an immediate audit of their books ordered.

Both of them were head of agencies appointed by former governor Fashola.

According to newsbreaker platform, thegazellenews no official reason was giving for ousting the loyalists of former governor Fashola by the new state helmsman.

‘they were simply told to handover to the person nearest in rank to them and an immediate audit of their books ordered’ a source divulged.

The affected head of agencies are said to have since complied.

Checks by societynowng.com revealed that the action by the new Governor on his first day in office, with those termed ’members of the Fashola loyalists family’ at the receiving sent shock waves down the spines of others.
