Entertainment Stars Light Up Miss Earth Beauty Pageant, As Organisers Dole Out Singular Honour To Aremo Segun Oniru

The 12 Edition of environmental friendly beauty pageant Miss Earth Nigeria has been held.

It was staged at Orientals Hotel, Lagos.

And the date was Sunday September 22 2013.

Recognised video vixen and model, Marie Miller emerged the winner.

According to witnesses, the event that saw the known face adopt the appellation Miss Olive for the contest was lit up with ‘ a galaxy of entertainment stars’.

With hugely popular singer blazing fresh trail on the international scene, Dbanj (now known as Eja Nla -Big Fish) taking charge of the stage and more moderate star Timi Dakolo giving him support performances sources reel out the names of other members of their clan that attended as guests as:

‘ Hollywood actor, Boris Kodjoe and Ini Edo Ehiagwina, Nollywood stars Charles Novia, Fidelis Duker, Zik Zulu Okafor, Ejike Asiegbu, Emma Ogugua, Chico Ejiro, LAncelot Imasuen and Andy Amenechi’

Others include ‘Hollywood celebrity and model, Amber Rose, Karlie Reed, Kelechi Amadi Obi, D’Banj, Funny Bone, Julius Agwu, AY and Gbenga Adeyinka 1st’

More revelation revealed one of the major highlights of the occasion was a singular honour doled out.

Member of the inner working of the Lagos state government and commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure, Aremo Segun Oniru was recognised for his achievement with the waterfront innovations as well his giant strides in keeping safe the lagos waterfront and ocean friendly and safe for Lagosians.

The Lagos Prince remains the only individual to be so honoured in all of the 12 editions of the Miss Earth Nigeria Pageant.

He received his plague from highly rated personality in the environmental field, Dr Majekodunmi.

Further digs revealed runners up to the winner as Miss Sage 2nd, Miss Lavender 3rd and Miss Juniper 4th.

Former First Lady of Cross River state, Mrs Onari Duke also graced the list of celebrities that made the affair with Ibinabo Fibresima as initiator ‘happened’.
