According to Comrade Femi Aborisade, says the book will be of assistant to work force in Nigeria and liberate workers from second colonization in our own country.Alsoin his Foreword to the book, Femi Falana, SAN, said inter alia that “Although there are many books on labour and employment law in Nigeria, none has examined the determination of contract of employment from the standpoint of international best practices as Aborisade has done. Comrade Femi Aborisade has, in a rigorous manner, filled the lacuna in his book”. As well, in another Foreword, Hon Justice B. B. Kanyip, PhD, of the National Industrial Court, stated, among others, that “Femi Aborisade has comparatively considered the circumstances in which an employment contract may be determined.
The text, therefore, is a very welcomed development as it seeks to provide stakeholders in labour, practitioners, students and the general readers with a range of comparative labour jurisprudence regarding the vexed issue of the determination of employment relationships”.
