As part of its ongoing Investment Drive to China, the Ogun State Government has announced a landmark partnership with Shandong Luqiao, one of the flagship companies under the Fortune Global 500 Shandong Hi-Speed Group.
Governor Dapo Abiodun led the state’s delegation to a highly productive meeting with the leadership of the Chinese construction giant, renowned globally for its expertise in bridge construction and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Discussions centered on opportunities for collaboration, with Shandong Luqiao highlighting its special-grade qualifications in highway and municipal engineering, alongside first-class contracting licenses in construction, hydropower, and power engineering.
The company has earned international recognition for delivering world-class infrastructure projects across continents.
Following the engagements, Shandong Luqiao committed to working with Ogun State to advance infrastructural development across the state.
This partnership, Governor Abiodun noted, is a major boost to the administration’s determination to position Ogun as the hub of modern infrastructure and industrial growth in Nigeria.
