Dickson Tells Valentine Ozigbo Next Step After Guber Loss

Former Governor of Bayelsa State, Henry Seriake Dickson has advised Valentine Ozigbo on the next step after his gubernatorial loss.

Ozigbo was the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the just concluded Anambra Gubernatorial Election.

Former Central Bank Governor Charles Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) beat all other candidates to clinch the position.

Ozigbo who has accepted the result of the election is on a “Thank you” visit to all those who supported him.

One of those he has visited is Dickson who is now a Senator.

The former Governor wrote of his interaction with Ozigbo

“Recently, I was visited by our party’s candidate in the just concluded Anambra gubernatorial polls, Mr Valentine Ozigbo.

Valentine Ozigbo is a wonderful gentleman, gave his all in the last elections. I commend his spirit of sportsmanship, by the way and manner he conducted himself throughout the elections and particularly the way he conceded defeat.

I have advised him not to give up and that he has a great future, he is someone who would have made a great governor of that great state. He should work with other leaders to put the party together for the challenges ahead.”
