As of 10:45 a.m., electoral materials and officials were still absent from various polling units in Ogun State’s local government election.
The Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) was expected to deliver these by 7:45 a.m.
However, reports from multiple sources, including a live call-in program on Faaji F.M, confirmed that the election process had yet to commence.
This situation was echoed in Iperu, the local government of Governor Dapo Abiodun, and other regions like Yewa, Abeokuta, and Shagamu, where voters expressed frustration over the delays.
