EFCC Steps Into Stella Oduah’s N255m Luxury Cars Purchase Scandal, Grills Coscharis MD & First Bank Officials For Hours!

Anti corruption agency, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has finally stepped into the controversial purchase of two armoured luxury cars for the personal use of Aviation Minister, Stella Oduah at highly inflated cost of N255m by cash strapped agency, NCAA (Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority).

Sources confirmed the Ibrahim Lamorde led corruption fighters invited Mr Josiah Samuel, the Managing Director of the Coscharis Motors Limited, the company that effected the purchase that has resulted in huge national outcry and interrogated him for hours.

Chairman of the firm, Mr Cosmas Maduka is reportedly pencilled down for interrogation as well.

Also interrogated were staffers of First Bank, the financial institution that bankrolled the acquisition with what is now tagged ‘ a questionable’ loan.

Sources confirmed they were all grilled to determine level of involvement in an expanding investigation into what is roundly labelled ‘national fraud’.

Insiders revealed the EFCC wants to do an extensive ground work, build compile irrefutable evidences and build a solid case before inviting Minister at the centre of unravelling fraud, Stella Oduah for questioning.

The invited actors in the obscene cars acquisition scandal were – and some still undergoing questioning- questioned at the Abuja office of the anti – graft agency.
