President Jonathan Finally Sacks Controversial Minister, Stella Oduah In Moves Coated With Dropping Of 3 Others

…to be given an ‘off the glare’ role in government

President Jonathan Goodluck has finally sacked controversial aviation minister, Stella Oduah.

The move comes after months of inaction in the face of series of scandals, that center on abuse of office and certificate forgery, rock the powerful minister.

Her dismissal from office is coated in the dropping of three other ministers from the cabinet.

The other ministers are, Godsday Orubebe (Niger Delta Affairs), Caleb Olubolade (Police Affairs) and Dr. Yerima Ngama(State for Finance).

Investigations however revealed unlike Oduah, the others are governorship aspirants in their various states.

Sources insist the move is meant to afford them greater time to focus on achieving that particular political objectives. And letting them go along with Oduah meant to cushion the effect of her sack.

Insiders revealed plans afoot to give her a more discreet role in government.

Further digs revealed the move was meant to subtle pacify calls for her sack and indirectly posture the Government as against corruption by removing her from office, but more importantly to the Presidency and Oduah- in a way that won’t affect her records.

Another source provided further insight ‘she is coming back into the government..she needs to a clean record to do that..but they will be more careful with role she gets..it will be something more off the public glare..they will just give it a bit of time for things to quiet down more’
