ex-Rep Mashood Mustapha Kwara’s Ameerul Hajj 2027
AbdulRazaq has approved the appointment
Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has approved the appointment of Alhaji Mashood Mustapha, the Wakili of Ilorin Emirate, as the leader of the state’s contingent to 2027 Muslim pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia.
Popularly known as MM, the Wakili is a seasoned entrepreneur, public servant, and community leader. He is the chairman of Crystal Group of Companies, former cabinet member, and member of the House of Representatives between 2011 and 2015.
He is an alumnus of Kwara State Polytechnic; Lagos State University; and Rome Business School (Italy).
The Ameerul Hajj will coordinate the state’s 2027 Hajj exercise along with other statutory bodies at various levels of government.
