Former governor of Ogun State, Aremo Olusegun Osoba has become the apple of the eyes of his supporters again.

The All Progressives Congress chieftain was virtually relegated from the position of a political leader and operated without influence in the past eight years.

Reason?

Osoba found himself on the other side of the power and influence of outgoing Governor Ibikunle Amosun.

But fortunately for Osoba, the tide appears to have turned in his favor.

The former Governor is part of the winning team that helped Governor-Elect Dapo Abiodun to electoral victory.

Sources disclosed that this status has returned Osoba’s supporters in droves.

‘’His Abeokuta (Ogun state) home which was formerly a ghost town now bubbles with activities as people come and go’’ a source stated.

Insiders disclosed to societynow.ng that of great appeal to the returned ‘’rank and file’’ in Osoba’s political family is the fact that ‘’there is always food to eat.”

Societynow.ng learned the former governor has made provision for visitors to his house to be entertained.

‘’And many of Osoba’s followers now throng his home, especially the everyday people because there will be something to eat whenever he is around.’’ a source stated.

‘’Cows and goats are now slaughtered at will to entertain the visitors ‘’ a source claimed.

‘’APC members now brand Osoba’s house as one of the most popular in Abeokuta because of this’’ societynow.ng learned.
