Former member of house of representatives Abiodun Akinlade has expanded his hotel business with an additional structure.

He just acquired the next structure to one his hospitality spots, digs by societynow.ng showed.

Akinlade is the brain behind Pacific Hotel.

Tagged Pacific Hotel Phase II, Akinlade’s hotel with newly added structure is located on Baale Animashaun Road, Alagbado a suburb of Lagos state.

The just purchased property is a storey building.

And informed sources put the value of the building at N50 million.

Further digs revealed the property has already been worked on to suit purpose it was bought for.

Renovation, fitting and fixtures among other necessary things are said to have been done with.

A source who visited recently equally confirmed this development.

Interestingly Mr Akinlade has two of the Pacific Hotel brands in Alagbado axis of Lagos state.

The Pacific hotel phase I is situated in Salolo area on Lagos/Abeokuta way.
