The funeral rites of First Class traditional ruler and Olota of Ota, Oba Moshood Oyede is on.

And the major rules as relates to residents of and visitors in Ota, Ogun state are simple.

And they are

Closure of all markets for three days.

No Parties for seven days

No public merriment in bars and hang outs for seven days.
According to a source ‘’what it means is that a solemn atmosphere must prevail..no blaring of music at relaxation spots and related venues.
And at private parties as well’’

Societynowng.com learnt these conductions are complemented with a curfew of 11pm till dawn for all and sundry for seven days period as well.

It is confirmed the conditions are part of the funeral rites activities of the late monarch as enshrined in the customs and traditions of the people of Ota, Ogun state

The late monarch according to reports passed on at University College Hospital, UCH Ibadan, oyo state after a period of 19years on the throne.
