Former Deputy Director General of the Nigerian Stock Exchange Commission,Lance Musa Elakama is selling off his properties.

Sources claim this development is as a result of the need to offset loss he was indicted for as the deputy of disgraced Director General of the Commission- Okereke-Onyuike.

The regime of Onyuike was accused of grand mismanagement.

Major players in the era were sanctioned- and told to refund certain fund.

Elakama is one of them.

Investigations by societynowng.com revealed to meet up with the monetary imposition – the former Stock Exchange Commission second in command has placed many of the properties he acquired on sale. And selling them off by the day.

Amongst those on sale are 2 plots of land opposite Zenith Bank, Ogba Lagos. 6 units of 4bedroom terrace Duplex at Opebi, Lagos.

A 3 story building made up of 8 units of 3 bedroom flat at Alagbole, Ogun state. A bungalow opposite County Hospital Ogba, Ikeja.

Outside of the ones he placed on sale he is said to own another Duplex in Omole and another in Magodo estate where he resides.

Further digs revealed, he is said to have sold the 6 units of 4 bedroom terrace Duplex at Opebi for N200m.

He also sold the 2 plots of land opposite Zenith Bank in Ogba for N100m. Said to have been sold is the 3 story building at Alagbole for N100m.

Insiders said he has placed a N120m tag on the Bungalow opposite County hospital.

Sources confirmed aside the strive to sell off his properties with intent to pay off debt- Musa Elakama also keeps himself busy overseeing business concern, OAK Businesses and Finance Company.
