Popular Fuji musician Wasiu Alabi Odetola has broken his self imposed reclusion.
The hugely loved entertainer better known as Pasuma turned a recluse as a result of the devastation caused by the death of his back-up singer of over 30years, Adeshina Alao.
Alao and Pasuma were described as extremely close.
‘’Their synergy on stage was out of the ordinary, just listening to the recoding of any of their performances is a testimony to the wonderful rapport they enjoyed’’ Societynow.ng learned.

Alao died battling protracted illness.
‘’Despite his illness, Pasuma kept on as lead back-up singer to help him make ends meet’’ societynow.ng learned.
The back-up singer who injected plenty of fun into Pasuma’s performances with arresting street slogans and jibes was buried on Thursday, August 14, 2020, and his 8th-day burial (Fidau, according to Islamic injunction) was performed on Friday, August 21.

Pasuma is described as ‘’extremely supportive to the family and children of the deceased during this period.’’
‘’ He kept in touch with them’’ Societynow.ng gathered.
A week after the 8th-day prayer for Alao – and 2weeks after the burial of the late backup singer – Pasuma resumed the promotion of his new album, MMM (Money Making Machine).

The popular singer resumed the promotion of the new album with a virtual performance tagged ‘’ Exclusive Online Party’’ on Saturday, August 29, 2020.
‘’Pasuma actually put the promotion of his new album on hold because of the death of Shina (Alao) and since the burial and 8th-day burial are done with, he has now started promoting the album, especially because of the ban on live performances in the fight against Coronavirus’’ societynow.ng learned.

Societynow.ng learned at a point during the performance at the ‘’Exclusive Online Party’’, Pasuma couldn’t stop the tears during tributes to the late Adeshina Alao.
