Court Sacks Ex-Beauty Queen, Chinenye Ochuba, Hubby Akinlade From Matrimonial Home!

Beauty Queen Chinenye Ochuba and her hubby, Adekunle Tajudeen Akinlade have been sacked from their matrimonial home.

A lagos High Court created this development with a verdict- the land their abode is built on is not their’s.

The court issued the order on Wednesday October 10 2012

This was based on ownership tussle with a yet to be identified individual. the Couple

The claimant turned winner asserted and proved in court- the land bearing the Akinlade’s home rightfully belong to him, but was fraudulently sold beauty queen’s husband.

The beauty queen and her hubby reportedly attempted to protect their home- with an offer of compensation to the winner of the case, but he refused.

According to a source ‘he told them outrightly he wants his land and not compensation in any form’

And since there is no way yet established to take such a building off the land- the couple were forced to abandon their home.

They are said to have moved the bulk of their properties at press time.

The hubby, low profile Mr Akinlade owned the house the couple lived in.

He reportedly finished construction and moved into the place labelled ‘ a mansion’ in 2006.

The house is located on Somolu close, Alakuko, Lagos.

The former Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria title holder moved in with him, after their wedding, in 2008.

They have lived in the house, tagged ‘a big bungalow’ with two children to the bargain since then till the loss of land ownership order came to be.

It is not clear where they have shifted base to at press time.
