APC Presidential Candidate, Rochas Okorocha Installs Son In Law, Uche Nwosu As Party’s Imo Gubernatorial Candidate

Information filtering in has it that Uche Nwosu, the son in law of Rochas Okorocha, the Governor of Imo state and Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress as emerged the party’s gubernatorial candidate for Imo state.

Information revealed the development came to be on Tuesday, December 9 2014.

Just 24hrs before the ongoing Presidential primary the state governor is contesting in.

Sources confirmed the emergence of the man who wedded his daughter, Uloma in January 2013 as possible successor has swirled up a lot of dust on the person of Mr Okorocha in his state – and fast going beyond.

The general theme of the raging talks against the candidature of the Son in law is ‘it is now a family property’.

Sources on ground claim, the Presidential aspirant had a vice grip on the process that threw up his daughter’s husband as his party gubernatorial candidate.

And observer claimed already oppositions have turned the development a campaign song that takes points of the popularity of the party in the state.

And also linked it to his attempts at emerging his party’s presidential candidate with posers: if he does this as governor, what would he do when he becomes president?

The son in law turned gubernatorial candidate and likely successor faces the likes of more experienced politician with larger following, Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha.

The Federal lawmaker is the candidate of main opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party.
