Dame Patience, wife of Mr Goodluck Jonathan shunned his last act as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The woman of many humorous parts was glaringly absent at Mr Jonathan’s hand over ceremony to new President Muhammadu Buhari.

Information floating about indicate the popular wife of immediate past president Mr Jonathan travelled to her home state of Rivers to support her political godson, Nyesome Wike for his swearing in as New Governor of the state.

Nyesome emergence as new Rivers headman is the subject of multiple serious allegations of electoral malpractice and legal moves aimed at nullifing the result of election that threw him up as winner.
