6 Things You Should Know About Record Making Adesua Dozie

Adesua Dozie has been appointed as the first female chairman of of the Boards of ExxonMobil affiliates in Nigeria, Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), and Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited (EEPNL) effective June 12, 2023.

And she is deservedly getting a lot of accolades.

Here are six things you should know about her.

Adesua Dozie is a lawyer.

She is a member of the Nigeria and New York Bar.

She served as the general counsel for Mobil with years of in-house experience under her belt.

Adesua was promoted to position of Executive Director in December 2019.

She is the wife of Uzoma Dozie, the former Bank Managing Director who oversees digital bank Sparkle as founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Adesua and Uzoma have three children – Chidi, Aadaze and Chizara.

Footnotes : Her husband, Uzoma is the son of Pascal Dozie, the reputable economist, established businessman and founder of Diamond Bank.

Uzoma was Managing Director when Access Bank acquired Diamond Bank.
