Out of the social face entertainer Timaya ( real names Enetimi Alfred Odom ) is quietly ascending the ladder of material success.

Sources confirmed that the off the hit chart singer is putting together a house of his own in Lekki, Lagos.

The structure under going construction is tagged a mansion by sources.

Information made available to societynowng.com indicate this development is unfolding in the neighbourhood that houses Sweet Life Home- the hospitality center owned by respected Juju act, Adewale Ayuba.

The home away from home is sited on Ivory street, off Jakande round about Lekki, Lagos.

Sources further divulged that workmen have been on site at Timaya’s hidden project for more two months.

In a related development informants divulged that the singer has put finishes touches to the importation of two wonder on wheels.

An insider disclosed one of the automobiles to be a Bentley- the other is yet to be identified at press time.

Timaya reportedly hinted friends recently that the purchases will ‘floor’ friends and fans endlessly.
