Bishop Oyedepo Drops Life-Changing ‘Inheritance’ On Winners’ Members!

Founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners’ Chapel), Bishop David Oyedepo, has given members what he described as their inheritance — Matthew 6:33.
The scripture reads: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
He explained that the verse captures a timeless principle: when believers put God and His ways first, every other need naturally falls into place.
Oyedepo, regarded as a mentor to many leading voices in Christianity, shared this “gift of a lifetime” during a sermon ahead of his 71st birthday.
The Bishop, a native of Kwara State whose ministry now has a global reach, turned 71 on September 27, 2025.
Though he marked the day quietly, tributes poured in — including from President Bola Tinubu, who described him as “a towering figure of influence and impact in Nigeria, Africa, and beyond.”
“This is your inheritance I am giving you,” Oyedepo told congregants while reflecting on the passage.
